Inspirations Dinner
Friday, June 26th
The weekend will commence with an intimate multi-course 'wilderness to table' dinner, prepared by Chef Derek Piva. Adam will pair each course with wines hand-picked from the Tu Tu’ Tun cellar that have inspired SCRIBE's viticultural journey, presented alongside notable SCRIBE wines including new releases and library selections.
Technical Tasting
Saturday, June 27th
Adam will curate a relaxed afternoon tasting featuring SCRIBE Estate Pinot Noir, set on the banks of the Rogue River. The dramatic landscape is the perfect setting for Adam to tell the story of Pinot Noir grown on the SCRIBE Estate, and the many expressions the land of the Estate provides.
Winemaker Dinner
Saturday, June 25th
The weekend culminates in a seasonally-driven four-course dinner hosted in the historic Lodge, paired with the latest spring releases from the SCRIBE Estate, including the newest vintages of the Estate Sylvaner and Estate Riesling.
