Scribe Verjus Spritz

Pleasantly tart and delicately floral, Verjus is a non-alcoholic press of our Estate Pinot Noir.

We harvested this fruit halfway through veraison before it accumulated much sugar, then cold-pressed and bottled the juice.

We usually drink it in a wine glass with ice, a splash of sparkling water and a twist of lemon.
