The 2024 Verjus of Pinot Noir offers versatility, enjoyed as a vibrant non-alcoholic drink or as the secret ingredient in many of the Hacienda’s signature recipes.

We’ve also included plum jam crafted from our summer harvest of Estate plums and chili salt featuring two unique varieties of dried chilies from our garden. An illustrated recipe booklet rounds out the kit, sharing our favorite ways to showcase these delicious ingredients.
