Botanica’s Heather Sperling and Emily Fiffer join SCRIBE from Los Angeles to celebrate the release of the 2021 Chardonnay Pét-Nat. The three-course, family-style dinner will feature favorites from Botanica’s Mediterranean-inspired menu with a wine pairing featuring our newest releases, including the 2021 Chardonnay Pét-Nat. The evening will be hosted in the Hacienda Courtyard with communal seating, and proof of vaccination or negative test will be required.
