Pétillant Naturel translates to "naturally sparkling" and this rustic, ancient method of capturing effervescence in the bottle is a surrender to that natural process. Crafted from Rosé of Pinot Noir, the wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished – without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars. The fermentation is then completed in bottle, capturing CO₂ and resulting in a lively, terroir-driven sparkling SCRIBE wine that showcases the delicate character and bright fruit notes of its Pinot Noir origins. 

This special bottling stands as our sole Pétillant-Naturel offering from the 2025 vintage.
