APRICOT * WILD ROSE * SEA SALT
Our rosé harvest is always our first pick of the year, hand-harvested from the southwest-facing blocks of Arrowhead Slope over several days, then delicately pressed in the cellar to preserve the fresh energy of the just-ripened fruit. After a long, cold fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is vibrant and bright – pale pink and alive in the bottle. It tastes of this place, a sensory passage to the SCRIBE Estate.
