BAY LAUREL * WILD PLUM * LILAC
Our obsession with Pinot Noir culminates in the Estate bottling. Grown just below the Hacienda in a rare mix of rhyolitic tuff and Huichica loam, it carries the full character of the Estate's terroir: cool, salty breezes, bright afternoon sun, volcanic ash-laden soil, and finds the brighter, more vivid side of this delicate varietal while maintaining power and texture.
Handled gently in the cellar with native-yeast fermentation, neutral oak, and bottled unfiltered, it is a wine uniquely connected to this place and vintage.
