2019 meteorological data: Northern California experienced another cool and wet winter which kept the vines dormant through late March. The springtime brought a mix of heat spells followed by cool and wet weather before the warm summer months hastened the ripening cycle of the vines. Harvest started for us August 14th with Rose of Pinot Noir and ended with our Atlas West Cabernet Sauvignon in mid-October.

18.6 °Bx | pH 3.12 | TA 8.6 g/L | 11.5% alc.
