Terms and Conditions - Scribe Viticultural Society Prepaid Gift Memberships
* Gift recipient must be 21 years or older.
* The one-time cost of the SCRIBE Full Year Gift Membership is inclusive of four, "Mixed" club allocations and the quarterly shipping fee. Any applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.
* Wines included in each allocation are specially selected and will vary by quarter. We are unable to accommodate substitutions.
* Shipments can be picked up at the winery prior to each quarter's scheduled deadline for pick up requests by calling 707.939.1858 or emailing svs@scribewinery.com.
* An adult signature is required upon delivery of club allocations. We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business, rather than a home addresses. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address or the states of Alabama, Mississippi and Utah.
* Should your shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the rate charged to Scribe by the carrier. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
* Pre-paid SCRIBE Gift Memberships are not refundable or transferable.
* This Gift Membership will automatically cancel at the end of the one-year term. To renew, please call 707.939.1858 or email svs@scribewinery.com.
