Join us in welcoming Chef Ari Kolender from L.A.’s Found Oyster to the Hacienda for a seafood-focused week on the farm! Ari will partner with the Hacienda Kitchen team to create a tasting menu inspired by East Coast summertime seafood shacks, featuring produce from the SCRIBE summer garden. Ari’s new cookbook, How to Cook the Finest Things in the Sea, will be available for sale all week at the Hacienda.
